Tri 1 Multisport 2010 Programs and Rates


How It Works




First there will be a brief discussion of coaching the rates and then a look at the athletes sports and health background. If the party is interested then a meeting will take place at a mutually agreeable place. This meeting will take anywhere from 45-60 minutes and will entail the breakdown of the season, goals, expectations of coaching and a detailed look at their athletic background.

What a Program Includes



A program includes a custom weekly plan with key workouts in all three sports. It includes specific distances, times and intensities. The program makes possible the rearranging of training to fit your busy schedule. It also includes unlimited access to the coach via the phone or e-mail. The weekly plans can be obtained by: phone, fax, e-mail or on paper.

Types of Programs



There are several programs available and they are related to the type of training and/or racing that an athlete is pursuing.
The first is short course which is a more intense and speed oriented and less endurance oriented.
The second is for Olympic distance and half ironman distance races and is a mixture of intensity and endurance.
The third is for ironman/ultra distance races, which focus primarily on strength and endurance and less on speed.
There are also several programs available for single sport athletes (such as running, walking, swimming and cycling).

4 Months for $340 prepaid (any 4 months from January until May 2010)

$200 a month or $550 a quarter (3 months minimum)

$275 a month or $760 a quarter (3 months minimum)
